The Disneyland in Paris, amongst the best theme parks in Europe, has become very popular for children and adults alike, over the years. This fun destination, only 32 kilometers away from the main city, is situated in a town known as Marne-la-Vallee, in Paris' eastern suburbs.

Disneyland Paris has two theme parks, retail, entertainment and dining districts, and seven Disneyland hotels. In fact, Disneyland Paris is the only Disney resort that has a hotel right at the entrance, offering a majestic view of the entire Disneyland theme park. Here are the four most popular Disneyland hotels out here:

Disneyland Hotel: Amongst all seven Paris Disneyland hotels, this hotel, situated right at the entrance, is the most prestigious destination, and has the most costly suites and rooms. Painted in shades of cream and pink, it has the feel of a Victorian Era castle. This is achieved especially because of its octagonal shaped Mansard roofs and its clapboards and trim architectural style. Its gold leaf finish, wraparound porches and Mickey Mouse clock tower are its most curious and interesting attractions.

Disney's Hotel New York: Michael Graves, the famous postmodern architect, was the one who designed this hotel. Built to resemble a stylishly designed skyscraper, its 20th century art deco style captures the essential feel of New York. An image of the Cotton Club in Manhattan is displayed in its Manhattan Restaurant. The Rockefeller Plaza is its main attraction. Inspired by the Rockefeller centre, it has a summer fountain, which features a map of Manhattan, and in winters, it offers a skating rink.

Disney's Newport Bay Club: This Disneyland hotel is the largest amongst all seven and has been built in the New England architecture style. In keeping with its inspiration, its structure consists of white clapboard, woodwork, porches and nautical memorabilia. Placed along the shore of the Lake Disney, with its unique lighthouse, it has got its name from the American town of Newport. If you enjoy sea food, you would love the restaurants in Disney's Newport Bay Club.

Disney's Davy Crocket Ranch: as the name suggests, this is built as a ranch and its main feature is its campground. A peaceful wooded area is spread all around this nature lover's retreat, and it is a mere 15 minutes away from the main theme park area by car. The rooms are fashioned after cabins, and the cabins are placed on different trails, known by quintessential American names such as coyote trail, bobcat trail, bigbear trail and so on. Each cabin has a regular double bed, a convertible sofa bed in the lounge area and even a couple of bunk beds. The facilities in each cabin include a TV, a telephone, a refrigerator, an attached bathroom and even a personal kitchen. There is a village within the property and this has restaurants, boutiques, a video arcade, a jogging track, the ever-present swimming pool, bar and tennis court and several other facilities.

Disney's Hotel Santa Fe, Disney's Sequoia Lodge and Disney Hotel Cheyenne are the other three Disney Paris hotels out here.

Apart from these Disneyland hotels, there are many other hotels in the surrounding areas too, and these provide a good Disneyland package tour as well, including good food, comfortable accommodation, and an enjoyable experience, on the whole.
