Things To Do In San Fran

San Francisco is where good life begins and you tap into at once. It is
ever-changing and living dynamically, with four seasons every day to
challenge your adaptation span, cable cars jingling up and down the hilly
streets lined up with stunning Victorian architecture and the gigantic
Golden Gate Bridge of romantic walks and rush hour frenzy. A city of
extremes where you laze about and bronze your belly button at the
sun-bleached Bay, don't even wink at earthquakes under 5.0 on the Richter
scale, rollick wild all day and night long and remember the days of the
California Gold Rush overnight fortunes when times get a bit bleak.
Anything's possible here and that's what you stick to. No wonder it draws
millions of visitors with a promise of self-indulgence, variety to make any
a taste satisfied and jaw-dropping views. So here comes a list of things to
do in San Fran, let's get teased and pleased.

There are places you can skip and there are places any an itinerary to San
Francisco must include or else we're talking about faux pas here. One of the
must-sees is the Golden Gate Bridge, a construction marvel and an
engineering feast with a 1.7-mile-long span of scenic views over the San
Francisco Bay. Make sure cram your memory card with pictures while you walk
along and complete your visit to the area with some well-spent time at
Sausalito, a picturesque waterfront community with a Mediterranean flair, as
well as the Golden Gate Park with mile-long peaceful strolls, the Strybing
Arboretum and the tranquil Japanese Tea Garden.

To get well-fed steer towards the Chinatown which is yet another must-see on
our list of things to do in San Fran. Watch out for the dragon-draped
archway which leads to this oldest Asian settlement in North America with
narrow little streets lined with red and golden lanterns beckoning to a
portion of some sweet and sour delicacies. For some European treats choose
the North Beach and its Little Italy of check-cloth ristorantes and freshly
ground cup of espresso to be followed with a tasty munch of prosciutto. And
don't miss out the Fisherman's Wharf where streets are dotted with best
seafood eateries in town and sea lions getting some UV therapy right in
front of your eyes.

But most importantly, remember to savor the truly San Fran attractions of
the cluttering street car rides to the mansion-carpeted Nob Hill or the
Russian Hill and its charming Edwardian cottages next to atmospheric
stairways draped with flowers. Put the world's most crooked street, the
Lombard Street, on your itinerary and do the same with the Alamo Square
where the 1900s Victorian homes intermingle with cutting-edge downtown sky
scrapers at Webster or Broderick Streets. Anchor for a while at the Cliff
House for some sound therapy of crashing waves and have some kicks at a
Giants ballgame, too. And don't forget to turn on your inner compass to lead
you to THE things to do in San Fran and THE sights to behold which explain
why the city has won so many travelers' hearts.
