Mount Fuji Restaurant is a Japanese steakhouse with two location namely in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey and in Hillburn New York. This Japanese restaurant has been in the business for the last 25 years offering hibachi Japanese cuisine to American diners. Like other Japanese restaurants, foods are cooked on a teppan-yaki table right before the customer's eyes.

The restaurant has a very Oriental interior and ambiance. Even the outside of this restaurant is adorned with Asian sculptures and Japanese style landscape.
