My Fellow Egyptians, what do you think if Egypt was the same 1400 years ago?

Don't you guys think that Egypt would be in a if it was a Coptic "Christian" Country, with all the treasures, the civilization and the excellent minded people? (Alexandria was the 2nd town in the world after Rome before the islamic invasion: History!)
Don't you think we would be a super power. We have been always self independent, creating our own civilization until it was forced to be integfeed with the middle eastern civilization to take our credit, however independent European states could imperialize the whole world.

actually early Coptic Christianity was exceptionally violent (watch the film Agora with Rachel Weiss), they massacred Egyptian Pagans and Egyptian Jews and worst of could be the Christian Crusade which massacred millions, so a Christian Egypt is not that ideal if we're talking details, i'd say that Egypt without the existence of Israel would have lowered the radicals in Egypt because their supporters use the Palestinian plight and I would also send all wahabist Salfi extremist maniacs to Saudi or Iran exactly where they belong then you'd see a astounding secular society that do not have maniacs that thrive in generating divisions without generating anything positive, i am still waiting for the Brotherhood or Salfi groups to generate /invent one particular light bulb instead of applying the poor and uneducated to gain a lot more election votes.

Egypt was at it's highest under Islamic rule. What we witness now is an act of outrageous foreign manipulations into the Egyptian governmental assets; whether if it was of Islamic radical Takfeer wal hegra coming from el soud family in Saudi Arabia, Shiaa from Iran, Palestinian Hammas movements, and exceptionally Israeli hands all share the same attempt to tie this powerful beast down. If only we had a true patriotic leader we would have not been dragged into this situation we all come to live to witness. I noticed that three groups in this world have the same mentality and their craziness with the past and their rejections to multiculturalism. I am still glad that copts didn't step into the aryan crap the way persians did though.

I guess you need to read a little bit history

I am really sure that you don't know much of our history

1400 years ago, Egypt was ruled by the romans, don't you know that they were stealing Egypt's treasures you are talking about? And don't you know that Muslims established one of the Greatest civilizations in the world that was the leader in the world for 7 centuries (Of course you don't know that Muslims ruled the area from Morocco to north India and from Armenia to middle Africa)? Also, European civilization was NEVER known in the medieval ages (known by Dark ages there)
In addition, Europeans gained scientific experience in all fields from Muslims (Don't you know about Yohan Muller ,for example , who translated many scientific books written by Muslim scientists and he was German? You can NOT deny this historical fact!) Romans destroyed The Library of Alexandria after Julio czar destroyed the Egyptian fleet near Alexandria? Muslims freed Egypt from the Roman cruel colonization that also existed in many areas! In addition, Romans treated Christians (especially in Egypt) in the most cruel and ruthless ways!

You may have knowledge about the Coptic Roman period in Egypt, but I am sure that you don't know about Islamic period in Egypt as much as your knowledge about it should be to talk about that issue

In the end, I want to say that I am Egyptian and very proud that Egypt is a part of the Islamic world, but I want to tell you that the Islamic world you are watching now is so different from that in the past and Islamic sharia is NOT applied in any country in the world NOW CORRECTLY (even with a percentage of 10%!!)
