Hello, I'm going to Thailand in March. It's gonna be long awaited holidays and all I need is a nice, quite, empty beach when I can relax...

I know Thailand is a popular tourist destination, still I bet there are some places less vistited than others. I don't really look for a party place like Koh Phangang...rather something more isolated. Any recommendation? I will fly to Bangkok and then have three weeks...

Thanks!

Do some research into Kok Kood and Koh Chang. Friends came back delighted.

Hello!

I heard that Koh Lipe is a real get-a-way... if you wanna see what all the fuss is about (and it really is that beautiful)... I would head down south to Krabi, around Phi Phi or Koh Lanta... BUT- don't stay in the touristy parts, and hire out little longtail boats during the day to go to little islands that don't even have hotels on them... then you have variety and also get to see some of Thailand's most amazing scenery. Phang Nga is stunning and around PHi phi leh is the most aqua coves I've seen in my life... trick is to steer away from the crowds and get your own boat- your own time...etc... g'luck
