Munich OVERVIEW

Elegant like its grand boulevards, refined like the stupefying number of cultural institutions it contains, noisy like a brass band performing at the beer halls, and seductive like a brand new X5. If that wasn't enough, its heavenly gardens are styled after the fashion of Eden, and the red-hot nightlife after that of the sizzling counterpart on the other side of the barricade. Mix it all with the passionate enthusiasm for football, and it becomes immediately obvious that Munich residents know how to both have fun and relax. On the other hand, compact, manageable, and surprisingly turned to its folklore, the city is veiled in an aura of quirky contradictions that never let visitors regret their stay. And landing here at the time of Oktoberfest is a completely different story.
